Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
PROCEDURE FOR RETURN / REFUND / CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
Just follow these 5 simple steps below :
- Visit the "My Account" section @peirrephillippe.com
- At the left pane, we have an option "Returns, Refunds & Cancellations". Click on it & you have a page displayed with the order list that you have made. Select the order which contains the product that you wish to return/refund/cancel.
- You land on a page that displays the products of that particular order. Select the product that you want to return/refund/cancel & click on "Continue" button displayed below.
- A form appears where you will be asked to fill in the reason behind the withdrawal of the order for that product. Kindly, fill in the details and click on "Submit" button that appears right below & you can continue shopping.
- Our customer support team will contact you within the next 48 hours regarding your issue with our products. Please do wait for us to contact you & provide the necessary guidance regarding your issue.

* Always be sure to report your issues regarding the product
within 24 hours after you receive it
- The orders can be cancelled using the above cancellation procedure & only after the procedure being followed, refunds will be done.
- Cancellation of orders take place :
- Immediately, if the product is not yet shipped. Refer cancellation procedure mentioned above.
- If the products are in transit when you cancel your order, we will instruct the courier agency to return the products to peirrephillippe.
- When you cancel your order, if the product has been delivered to you, our customer support team will contact you and fix a convenient time for the pickup of the products from you, through our courier service.(Only for manufacturing related issues)
Note : In case of orders on customized products, we are sorry that we'll not be able to cancel them once we begin processing the order.
- We follow a - "No Questions asked – 15 days Return Policy". We wish to inform you that, at peirrephillippe, we accept any manufacturing defects related returns of the purchased products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- We arrange for the pickup of your product to be returned only after you follow our cancellation procedure which is the first step in this process. Refer cancellation procedure mentioned above.
- If you note any damages to the outer package/product at the time of delivery itself, please don’t take the delivery of the product & contact us immediately.
products to be returned should :
- Be "Un used" ;
- Have the tags/stickers that the product came along with ;
- Be in its original packing ; &
- Be sent with the original invoice
And peirrephillippe.com reserves the right to reject any
Return Request if the above parameters are not met.
(If you are a customer from outside India, it will not be possible for us to make the courier pickup. In such a case, we request you to re-send the products to us for refund or replacement – on our address).
Note : In case of orders on customized products, we are sorry that we'll not be able to cancel them once we begin processing the order. For details, check out Returns & Cancellations Policy.
- In case you wish to replace your products @peirrephillippe.com, we request you to first cancel your order as per the cancellation procedure mentioned above.
- Our customer support team will contact you and fix a convenient time for the pickup of the products from you, through our courier service.
- Once we receive your products @peirrephillippe, we will mail you a Gift Voucher equal to the price of the returned product.
- You can then use the Gift Voucher to purchase your new product with us as a replacement.
- Refunds for your orders will be provided only after you complete the cancellation procedure.
- The refund process will be initiated once we receive the product back @ peirrephillippe.
- Refund will take place in the same payment mode through which the original payment is made.
- The amount will be refunded within a few days after we receive your returned product @ peirrephillippe.

- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) :
- We will refund the amount of the product excluding the COD charges.
- We will arrange for refund after consulting with you.
- The refund will be made in a mode convenient for us.
(If you are a customer from outside India, we will provide you a refund amount of your product excluding your shipping charges).
Note : In certain cases of Refunds -
with your (customer) consent, we will mail you a Gift Voucher equal to the
amount of the returned product instead of refunding the amount paid by you.
